     Hi, my name is Christine Hartsfield. I am your child's preschool teacher for this year!  I am very excited to teach your children. I hope to make it a time of learning, growth, and happiness for both you and your child.
 
     Here is a little history about myself. I live in the Cumming area with my three children. My oldest daughter, Cameron is 13 years-old, Jacob is 10 years-old and Abby is 7 years-old. We have one pet, a bearded dragon named Spike. This is my ninth year teaching. I taught for 5 years in Cobb County teaching Special Education. This is my forth year teaching Special Needs Pre-K.  I taught the last 3 years at Settles Bridge Elementary and I am excited to now be at Whitlow.
 
     Thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach your children this year.  I realize you are entrusting me with your most valuable possession, your child. Please know I will give 100% to my class every day. I can't think of a more rewarding job where you are greeted daily with wonderful smiles and hugs from amazing children. I plan on making sure your child is safe and well nurtured with school days filled with learning, music, dance, and lots of fun. I look forward to meeting you in August.
