English/Language Arts

Welcome to the Liberty Middle School Language Arts Department Homepage!

The purpose of Liberty Middle School’s English Language Arts department is to help
students become critical readers, effective writers, and efficient users of reference
materials.  The LMS curriculum has been designed to support and align with both the
Georgia Performance Standards and the Common Core Standards.

Students attending LMS for the 2012-2013 school year will need the following supplies:

 

·         1 spiral bound notebook

·         1 to 2 inch 3-ring binder

·         A pack of dividers for binders

·         Lined notebook paper

·         Pencils

·         Highlighters (a variety of colors)

·         Flashdrive
