The Induction Ceremony will take place on Monday evening,
May 13th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the VCMS cafeteria.
Invite your family for this special occasion!

Dress for inductees is:
A dress, skirt or slacks and blouse or shirt for girls. 
Slacks and shirt for boys. (Think of something you might
wear to a banquet.) No t-shirts, shorts or jeans.

The purpose of the Junior Beta Club is to recognize and promote high academic achievement, reward and nurture worthy character, foster leadership skills and encourage service to others. In fact, service to the community is one of the most important characteristics of Junior Beta members. 

 

  

Membership in the VCMS Junior Beta Club is a privilege and not a right. Students are invited to apply for membership in Junior Beta based on high academic achievement, moral and ethical character,  commendable attitude, and teacher recommendation.

 

 

Members are composed of 8th grade students with invitations sent out each spring to 7th graders who meet the membership criteria.

 

Service Projects for 2012-2013 

Thank you VCMS for your contributions to the "Food for Thought"
food drive! We collected hundreds of cans of food to help feed
the hungry right here in our own community.

 

Look where some of our members spent spring break - 

 

 socializing with the cats and dogs at the Humane Society!
