North Forsyth Middle School Counselors are:

Mr. Chris Highland and Ms. Leigh Ann Strickland.
Mr. Highland has 6th grade (last names starting M - Z) and 7th grade.
Ms. Strickland has 6th grade (last names starting A - L) and 8th grade. 
Ms. Cindy Hansard is the Graduation/Academic Coach.
Ms. Tonia Bagwell is Data Clerk/Counseling/Attendance

Counseling office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM – Monday thru Friday.

(Summer hours- the office is open May 30th through June 9th from 8-4, and reopens on July 13th)

Please call or email ahead for appointments as we are not always in our office.

Tours for incoming students & families:
Thurs., 6/1 at 10:00 & 2:00 and
Tues., 6/6 at 10:00 & 2:00.  
*  No appt. necessary

As counselors at North Forsyth Middle School, we are driven to make sure all of our students are happy, healthy, safe, and successful in their academic endeavors. 
The goals of our counseling department are aligned with those of the  American School Counselors' Association.  We are dedicated to providing our students with personal, social, and career counseling.  These goals are designed to enhance both the character and academic development of each student.
