FCS is committed to using the technology our taxpayers have provided us. Communication is important to the district and we use technology to deliver information it in every format availiable.
Two popular features are video and podcasts. FCS is looking to expand video capacity in the future, but for now FCS provides video of Board of Education meetings and other special purpose videos. Additionally, audio podcasts of Board of Education meetings is also available.
To view Board meetings on TV Forsyth, Comcast Channel 23, tune in for regular meetings Mondays at 7:00 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am, and work sessions on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and Sundays at 8:00 am.

FOR FCS STAFF: Video (EduVision) Guidelines
Through the website, staff can upload video using EduVision, a secure video provider. Each school has been provided an EduVision channel at https://fcschoolsga.eduvision.tv for communication and instruction. Board of Education videos are available at https://fcsboega.eduvision.tv .
Each school has one designated Channel Manager who has rights to upload video, approve videos and create user account for teachers. If music is used on a video posted on EduVision, schools must use royalty free recordings or have received permission from the copyright holder to comply with copyright laws. Please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy for best practice guidelines for video use.
