Developmental Milestones -  The CDC has created a list of developmental milestones from ages 3 months to 5 years of age.  The list includes such factors as Social, Emotional, Movement, Vision, Hearing, Speech, Cognitive, and Language.  Their site also has an interactive checklist that parents can use to check off the skills the child has reached for each age level.
