Converse College Junior Scholars Program - Female junior students who are interested in attending Converse College in South Carolina can see their counselor for a possible nomination for this program. Counselors must submit nominations for interested students no later than April 1, 2014.
Rising Juniors and Rising Seniors Opportunity at Furman University - Furman University Summer Scholars Program - Summer 2014 - Gives you an opportunity to learn the way Furman Students do - through collaboration with their peers and professors both in and outside the classroom. Challenge your mind, make new friends, and have fun while taking part in lectures, discussions, debates, laboratory research, field trips, group and individual projects, and so much more. University System of Georgia - Virtual College Fair - Students have the opportunity to chat live with representatives from different colleges around the state of Georgia. Lots of information will be given. Excellent way to communicate with schools from the comfort of your own home!

Valdosta State University 2014 V-State Experience - VSU is hosting a program at Buford Community Center on Jan 30 @ 6:30pm. Inviting all students and parents to a reception to explore all that VSU has to offer. Representatives will be on hand to discuss academic programs, student affairs, admissions, financial aid, housing, athletics, and more. Event registration and details are on the VSU website.
Career Scope measures aptitude and interests. Anyone who is undecided about their future may consider utilizing the Career Scope information assessment. It is offered for free through Lanier Technical College. Student will need to set aside 1 and ½ hours to take the assessment and go over results with a career specialist.
