• Our Early Intervention Program (EIP) is offered to help children who are not working at grade level.  Activities are geared to reteach skills, or to give extra practice in the areas of Reading and/or Math.  EIP is taught in addition to the regular classroom instruction.  The EIP teacher works with the classroom teacher to keep up with the skills being taught and to communicate progress back to the classroom teacher.  Parents are also kept informed through e-mail and personal conferences.  A student exits the program when he/she catches up and begins working on grade level.

As noted through the EIP State Guidelines, EIP instruction must be in addition to classroom instruction.   In other words, the child cannot miss Math or Reading in the classroom.  EIP is for enhancement purposes, but does not take the place of classroom instruction.
