I am thrilled and honored to serve as the principal of Lambert High School! As a parent of two Lambert students and a longtime community member, it is such a joy and privilege to come home to our community and lead Longhorn Nation. I began my career in Forsyth County in 2002. Throughout my tenure, I have served as an ELA classroom teacher, Media Specialist, ITS, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal at middle & high school levels, and as the Principal of Liberty Middle School. I hold a bachelor's degree from Berry College, a master's degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), and an Ed Specialist's degree from Nova Southeastern University. It is a true blessing to bring my knowledge, experience, and passion to Lambert as its Lead Learner. Horns up! Hook 'em!

As I embark on my 10th year as an administrator at Lambert High School, I am both excited and honored to continue serving this incredible community. This year also marks my 27th year in education, a journey that has included roles as a science and physical education teacher across various schools in Dekalb and Douglas County. With experience as a teacher, coach, and administrator, I can confidently say that we are all incredibly fortunate to be part of a community that prioritizes the needs and growth of students and families.
I earned my B.S. in Education from Mercer University and my master’s in educational leadership from Jacksonville State University.
On a personal note, I am a proud father of five amazing children, three of which are Lambert graduates and are now pursuing their studies at the University of Georgia. Currently my youngest daughter, Caroline, is a senior at Lambert High School, and my wonderful wife, Emily, is also an educator in Dawson County.
If there is anything we can assist with, please do not hesitate to reach out. Here’s to a fantastic school year ahead! GO HORNS!

I am so excited to be joining the Longhorn family! I began my teaching career 12 years ago at Riverwatch Middle School where I taught Language Arts and served as an Instructional Coach and Student Support Coordinator. I also served as Liberty Middle School's Instructional Coach. I graduated from Georgia College (Go Bobcats!) with a degree in Middle Grades Education. From there I moved to Athens and worked on my Master's degree in Middle Grades Education from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). I also have a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I absolutely love the teaching and learning process and finding ways for learning to come alive in the classroom! When I'm not at school, my husband, Davis, and I are raising our two children- Collins (7) and Greer (5). I cannot wait for my journey to come full circle and continue to serve the community who welcomed me into Forsyth County Schools! Hook 'em!

This is my second year as a Longhorn, and I am pleased to serve Longhorn Nation! I started my career in education as a math teacher in Gwinnett County. Prior to joining Lambert, I was at our very own feeder school, Riverwatch Middle School. While at Riverwatch, I served as a math teacher, special education teacher, ESOL teacher, and a Student Support Coordinator. I earned my B.S. in middle grades education from Georgia Southern University and my M. Ed. in special education from Mississippi College. I earned my Educational Leadership Certification through Valdosta State University. Oakley is my black lab and is also honored to serve the Lambert community as a therapy dog. We are extremely excited to be at Lambert and help make sure all students have a great experience where they can lead, live, and love. Hook ‘em!
