Mrs. Deborah Clark is thrilled to return as a part of the Chestatee Family! She loves teaching 4th grade at "The T". She is a graduate of Brenau University with 20 years of experience in education and has completed her Math Endorsement. Deborah has worked across grade levels K-5, including Physical Education, STEM & Science Pathways, and Early Intervention. Her philosophy is, all children can realize their potential and exceed expectations if everyone works together, and supports one another. She is excited to teach Math, Social Studies, and Science once again to another amazing group of 4th Graders here at Chestatee!
This will be Jasmine Flores' fifth year teaching at Chestatee. She taught Title 1 her first year, and this will be her fourth year teaching fourth grade. Ms. Flores received her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education with a Reading Endorsement from the University of North Georgia as well as a minor in Spanish. She also has her ESOL Endorsement. Ms. Flores is excited to continue working at Chestatee and cannot wait to see what this year has in store. She loves being a part of the family at Chestatee! This is Ashley Klingseisen's 2nd year teaching at Chestatee, but her 16th year teaching. Mrs. Klingseisen received her Bachelor's degree from Valdosta State University and her Master's degree from Walden University. She has had the opportunity to teach Pre-K, Kindergarten, first, third, and fourth grades. Mrs. Klingseisen loves being a part of the Chestatee family!
This is Cara Chafin's first year at Chestatee and her first year of teaching. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia in Elementary and Special Education with an endorsement in reading. She is very excited to get to know her students and their families and join the Chestatee family!
This will be Mrs. Splawn's fifth year at Chestatee Elementary and her fourteenth year as an educator. Mrs. Splawn graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She later graduated from Columbus State University with a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a reading endorsement. She has taught third, fourth, and fifth grades. She is very excited to teach 4th grade again this year. She knows it is going to be a fantastic year! Ext. 722467
This will be Jackie Vaca's fifth year teaching and fifth year at Chestatee. She taught first grade for two years and this will be her third year in fourth grade. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia. She loves being part of the Chestatee community!
This will be Tiffany Vorick's third year at Chestatee, and her 11th year in elementary education. Mrs. Vorick received her Bachelor's from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and her masters from the University of North Georgia. She has taught second and fourth grade, as well as EIP in grades 1-5. Mrs. Vorick is excited for another year at Chestatee!
This will be Kim Ware’s 16th year as a teacher in Forsyth County. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. She has taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, but is looking forward to another year in 4th grade. She looks forward to building relationships with her students and their parents!
