• Welcome

We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with you during the 2018-2019 school year.  Each teacher is very passionate about the education of your child and will work hard each day to give them everything they need to be successful. As third grade teachers, we believe that all the children that walk our hall belong to us and we work closely together to educate your whole child.  Please feel free to contact us at anytime if you have any questions or concerns.  We look forward to a fabulous year!

This year we will utilize the Lucy Culkins Writing Program to enhance writing skills.  Students will brainstorm ideas, write rough drafts, learn editing strategies, and complete final drafts.  In addition, students to use strong supporting details, vivid vocabulary, and voice in their writing.  Writing genres will include narrative (stories), informative, and persuasive pieces.
