    A Letter from the Coaching Staff
     
    Parents and students,

    Thank you for your interest in RMS Panther Football.  Our program is designed to teach our student athletes discipline, responsibility, and the fundamental skills of football.  We believe when these three things are achieved, success in the classroom and on the football field is inevitable. 

    In addition, we work extremely hard to prepare our players for high school football and beyond.  We feel our program does this better than any other option available to our students.  Through our comprehensive athletic development program, football classes, high school-style practice and game schedule, practice and game film studies, our outstanding coaching staff, and competing against the highest level of competition every day in both practice and games, our players have a distinct advantage when they arrive on the high school campus.  

                Players in our program also have a lot of fun.  Whether it is playing in our up-tempo no-huddle offense, our fast-paced attacking defense, attending one our team outings, or just hanging out with their teammates, we strive to offer our players a football experience they will remember for years to come.

    We encourage any rising seventh or eighth grade student to be a part of the tradition of Panther football.  There is no greater sense of pride than strapping on the black and gold, and taking the field representing your school, your classmates, and your community against our biggest rivals.
