Assistant Track CoachesWeekend Workouts and helpful links:Hill repeats: There is a moderate hill at the back of Sharon Springs. It is .1 mile long. Thirty minutes hard up the hill and as slow as you like down the hill. Finish off with a figure eight or perimeter jog.ORMile repeats at Fowler Park on the greenway. Enter the greenway from the skate park and turn left. Start at the 1.1 mile marker and to hard to Union hill (just over the bridge) rest 2 minutes and jog back - repeat for a total of 4 miles.Sunday should be a 3-5 mile recovery jog.
