• The LEADER Program is here to assist parents with educating their young teens to become responsible drivers.  We have developed a Teen/Parent Agreement to create a partnership the helps parents and teens sort out both commitments and responsibilities associated with the different aspects of driving and car ownership.  By signing the agreement there is no question later about individual and shared responsibility and commitment.  Making your teen the safest, most responsible driver possible is our goal.  Please print the Teen/Parent Agreement and take a few minutes to fill it out with you teen!
