Where: Lakeside gym, rain or shine.
Who: Any student in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th interested in preparing him/herself for athletic performance or a healthy lifestyle.
Why: In an effort to better prepare our students for athletic participation, the Lakeside Coaches will be holding morning workouts beginning in August. Our workouts will consist of high intensity aerobic exercises designed to improve cardiovascular performance, speed, and agility. Core strength and balance will also be a focus of the program. In addition, instruction will be given on proper weight lifting technique and form. Athletic attire will be required to participate and showers will be available and encouraged. This program should be a great benefit to the athlete and to the athletics programs at Lakeside Middle School. The Lakeside Coaches hope to see you there!!!
