• Parent Information

    1. The school nurse needs to be informed of any medical condition that could affect your child while at school.
    2. All medication for students must be brought in by a parent/guardian. Students are not allowed to have medication in their possession. Medication must be in its original container, and a Request for Administration of Medication form must be filled out and signed. (Prescription medications will require a physician's signature on the form.) (Please see the Medication page of this website.)
    3. The school clinic does not stock medication. All over the counter medications must be brought directly to the school nurse by a parent/guardian.
    4. Please contact the school nurse with any questions or concerns regarding your student. 
    5. Students must be fever, vomit, and diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of medication to improve these symptoms before they are able to return to school.
    6. If students are prescribed an antibiotic for an illness, they must take the medication for 24 hours before returning to school.
