All field trip medication will be with your child's chaperone. Students are not allowed to carry medications with them unless it is an inhaler and/or epipen with current paperwork on file with the school. Each teacher chaperone will have Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Benadryl, and Tums for students. Please complete the medical form in the Savannah packet and indicate that your child has permission to take these medications if needed.
If your child needs daily medications while on the trip, parents will need to bring the medication to the clinic.
It takes a week to organize all the medications; this is why there is a medication deadline.
Students with asthma, food/insect allergies, seizures, or other medical conditions, must have a current care plan on file for the CURRENT school year. Students are not allowed to attend the Savannah field trip without this information.
Please note - Non FDA approved medications will not be given on the trip. (i.e. vitamins, supplements)
