    Mrs. Dunn Mary Jo Dunn  
    Mrs. Dunn is a graduate of Georgia State University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree from Piedmont College in Elementary Education. Prior to teaching in Forsyth County, Mrs. Dunn taught Kindergarten in Henry County for 18 years. This is Mrs. Dunn's 24th year teaching and her 7th year as a Bluebear!

     Pelay Milly Pelay
                           
     

    Mrs. Pelay earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Nova Southeastern University. She also attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a Masters Degree in Instructional Leadership with a concentration in Instructional Technology.  In addition, Mrs. Pelay holds Endorsements in Gifted and Talented, ESOL and Culturally Responsive Coaching.  After teaching in Florida for eight years, she and her family moved to Fulton County where she taught for an additional eight year.  This is Mrs. Pelay’s 17th year in Education and her first year at Mashburn Elementary.

     Mrs. McDonald Lynn McDonald  
    Ms. McDonald earned a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Brenau University and a M.Ed. in Quality Schools from Graceland University. Before moving to Mashburn, she taught in Fulton County Schools for 15 years. Ms. McDonald has experience as a reading/language arts specialist, and has taught EIP, kindergarten, first and second grade. This her 5th year as a Mashburn Blue Bear!

    phillips Patti Phillips  
    Mrs. Phillips holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercer University. This is Mrs. Phillips’s third year in Forsyth County Schools and second year at Mashburn Elementary. She is very excited to join the kindergarten team this year!

    Mrs. Escobar April Escobar, Parapro  
    Mrs. Escobar has been working with children for the past twelve years.  She is bilingual and loves being able to communicate and translate for students and teachers.  Mrs. Escobar began working at Mashburn as a kindergarten paraprofessional  in December of 2014. Mrs. Escobar loves being a Blue Bear!

     Garramone Stacie Garramone, Parapro  
     Mrs. Garramone has been working with children for five years. She has been a kindergarten paraprofessional for two years. Mrs. Garramone loves working at Mashburn Elementary, home of the Blue Bears!

     Brock Jodi Brock,
    Parapro
     
      Mrs. Brock holds a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Development from Missouri State University.  Although this will only be her fourth year as a staff member, she has been the parent of a Blue Bear for the past ten years.  Mrs. Brock was the Preschool Director at St. Brendan's Preschool eleven years previously.

    Smith   Amber Smith  Virtual Teacher

    Mrs. Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from North Georgia College and State University and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from there as well. She is certified to teach Spanish, Early Childhood Education, and has an ESOL endorsement. This is Mrs. Smith's 17th year teaching at Mashburn. During her time at Mashburn, she has taught kindergarten, first grade, Spanish, ESOL, and EIP.
