Hello! I'm Jean Fitzgerald. I have 10 years teaching experience in 3rd grade and Kindergarten, and now I will be in 1st grade! I have a large family spread out over the world living in California, Pennsylvania, and England. I do not have my own family which leaves time for hobbies such as arts and crafts and movies. I am a nerd, so I enjoy all conversations related to Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, and Anime. I also love music and played the euphonium for 12 years. I have been told my laugher is contagious.

Hi! My name is Amber Anderson. I graduated from Mercer University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I am excited to be a part of the Big Creek Family. I have taught for 5 years in Fulton County in Kindergarten and 1^st grade. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband, my daughter, and our dog. I am looking forward to providing a safe, loving, enthusiastic and positive environment for your child. I look forward to working with you and your child to have a memorable and exciting year.

Hello! Welcome to 1st Grade! My name is Candice Kidd and I have been teaching at Big Creek since 2013. I have taught almost every grade PK-5 and have worked at 6 different schools in 3 different countries since I started my career in 2006. I love to teach all subjects but reading is my favorite! I also love to incorporate STEM projects into all subjects. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband and our 5-year-old son and we love to travel and explore new places. I also like to cook, read, and visit my friends and family in England every summer! I am so excited to meet you all and look forward to a great year of fun learning together!

My name is Lindsey Quarles. I grew up in Forsyth County. I attended North Georgia and State University where I received my teaching degree in early childhood education and special education. Since 2009, I have absolutely loved being a member of the Big Creek family! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
