Mrs. Elaine Chambers, Special Needs Pre-K

I have been a Sharon special education teacher since August 2004. As an interrelated teacher, I have been fortunate to work with some amazing teachers and even more amazing children!  I truly love teaching. There is nothing like seeing a child light up when they discover something new or realize they understand a recently introduced concept.

During the upcoming 2022-23 school year, I will be working with the amazing Sharon preschool team.  I am looking forward to this new path and teaching PreK students.

My certification is in both special education and early childhood education.  I’ve worked with students of varying disabilities in New York, Florida, and Georgia.

Originally from Long Island, New York, I have lived in Georgia for over twenty years.  I enjoy reading, exercising, and spending time with my two boys, family, and friends. I especially love vacationing at the beach!
