    This year has been our toughest year yet! SO many talented girls tried out this year! 

    Please remember, if you do not make the team, this is not the end! 

    Please continue to work hard and be sure to try out again next year

    whether you are back here at Riverwatch or moving to Lambert next year!!!

    A few things to keep in mind!



    • CREATE a DragonFly Account (in packet) AND upload your PHYSICAL FORM and your MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORM
      • This is a physical examination AND a clearance form from your doctor showing they approve and clear you to participate in sports for the next year. 



    • Be sure you are PASSING your classes



    • Expectations:
      • You will be expected to cheer for both FOOTBALL AND BASKETBALL Seasons
      • You are expected to attend all practices from 4:20-5:30pm
        • Practices are Mondays and Thursdays for football; Mondays for basketball 
        • Practices begin Thursday, August 4, 2024
      • You are expected to cheer all football games on Tuesdays
      • You are expected to cheer at least one of the 2 basketball nights on Tuesdays or Thursdays
      • Participate in all fundraisers
      • Maintain good behavior, write up will be dealt with accordingly and can lead to dismissal of the team
    • Cost:
      • Practice outfit
      • Cheer shoes

      • Long-sleeved top 
      • Jacket  backpack
      • Bow
      • Sports bottle
      • Game Day meals
      • Transportation  
      • Camp 
      • Banquet
      • Sideline Cheer costs $550 for the year (1 payment of $550, or 3 payments of $183.50)
      • Dues include: 
      • YOU MUST PURCHASE a black racer back sports bra and black shorties



    • Camp
      • We will have Camp on July 15th-17th in the morning from 9:00-12:30 all 3 days
        • It is expected you will attend camp as we will be putting our half time routine together with the choreographer.
