Coach Stock & Coach James will meet any 6th, 7th, and 8th grader in the gym Friday mornings each week at 7:30 a.m. We will work for about 30 minutes giving the athletes time to shower before school begins.
The running club is designed for any student in 6th-8th grade who has a passion for running and a desire to increase their performance. We will work on strength, speed, and agility as well as focus on running techniques for sprinters and long distance runners. Students do not need to sign up or commit to the two day a week workouts. This is a club for all students who enjoy running, fellowshipping with their peers, value fitness, and/or want to improve their skills.
