Our 31 day Challenge will help you build healthy habits and become part of our community
to help you achieve your health goals.
We will post information regarding start dates and details after the second week of school.
The running club is designed for any student in 6th-8th grade who has a passion for running and a desire to increase their performance. We will work on strength, speed, and agility as well as focus on running techniques for sprinters and long distance runners. Students do not need to sign up or commit to the two day a week workouts. This is a club for all students who enjoy running, fellowshipping with their peers, value fitness, and/or want to improve their skills.
