Before you contact SFMS, please be sure to contact the Hill Center to register your student.  

 

 

Once you have registered with the county, please call Tammy Jones in the SFMS Counseling Office at

770-888-3170 x140301 to make an appointment with a counselor to complete your registration at the school.

 

 

If you are moving to a different school within Forsyth County, you do not need to visit the Hill Center first.

Simply contact the SFMS Counseling Office directly to secure an appointment.
