I am truly blessed to have a job that love and to work at an amazing school! I attended the University of West Georgia where I received my Early Childhood Education degree. Later, I attended the University of North Georgia and received both my Masters and Specialist degrees. This will be my 32 year of teaching and I love working with students to help retrain their thinking about math. I want students to know that math is fun. It can be challenging, but together we can be successful mathematicians.
For 38 years I have been married to my college sweetheart. We have three daughters who make us proud every day. I am also Oma to twin grandchildren. Penelope and Allistair are two years old and bring so much joy to my live.
I look forward to working with students and parents this year. It is great to be a Comet!
