I love working with the students here at Settles Bridge. I joined SBE in 2021 after working at a private preschool for the prior 8 years and volunteering extensively within the FCS school system.  I strive to provide a warm environment and love of learning for our students. I love being a SBE Star!

I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am married and have two teenage boys and a dog. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, reading and gardening. 

I'm excited about joining SBES. This is my 4th year with Forsyth county schools.  I did my college in India, moved to the US in 1998. I have always loved kids and my career in India started as a kindergarten teacher.  We're a family of five that includes my husband, two sons and our pet dog. My elder son is a sophomore in college and my younger son is a junior is high school. 

I am thrilled to be a Settles Bridge Star!  I am a native Georgian and my teaching career began in Gwinnett county in 2006. I was a lead Preschool teacher from 2006 until we moved to Austin, Texas in 2016. While in Austin, I continued my Pre-K lead teaching until we moved to Cumming, GA in 2019.

In 2019, I began working for Forsyth County Schools as a substitute teacher and was subsequently hired as a Special Ed Paraprofessional at Haw Creek Elementary School. I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University, and the University of Georgia where I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work. My husband Todd and I have three wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading and playing tennis. I am so looking forward to working with your children and my goal is to be a positive and supportive influence during their first year of elementary school.

I enjoy working with our students at Settles Bridge! I have been working with Forsyth County Schools since 2006 and at Settles Bridge since 2012.

It is a pleasure working with students here at Settles Bridge Elementary. I have been at Settles Bridge since 2018.

I am so excited to be joining the Settles Bridge family. My 3 children attended the school and I have worked as a substitute for Forsyth County schools for many years. I was born and raised in London, England where I attended St. Marys University and earned my teaching degree. I taught elementary school in England for 7 years and moved to the United States to teach in DeKalb County. Most recently I taught at a private preschool and love being an educator! My husband Rob and I have two boys in college and our daughter is a rising senior. We love to travel, play tennis and spend time with our friends, family and sweet dog Charlie.
