Parents are to drop off their child at 7:25 at the front door. Students will walk down to the gym where Coach James and Coach Stock will meet the students to begin the workout.
Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader who is interested in coming out and working on their running speed and endurance is welcome!
The running club is designed for any student in 6th-8th grade who has a passion for running and a desire to increase their performance. We will work on strength, speed, and agility as well as focus on running techniques for sprinters and long-distance runners. Students do not need to sign up or commit to the two-day a-week workouts. This is a club for all students who enjoy running, spending time with their peers, value fitness, and/or want to improve their skills.
We ask that you arrive on time and ready to run. Dress according to the weather. We do run outside. Please, bring water to hydrate. We will give the athletes plenty of time to clean up after our workout.
