My name is Danielle Steele and I am the Brandywine Elementary Media Specialist. I graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and spent the early years of my career teaching first and fourth grades in Forsyth County Schools. Several years into teaching, I graduated from the University of Georgia with my Master's degree in Instructional Technology with School Library Media Certification and began working as a Media Specialist. Later, I returned to the University of Georgia where I received my Specialist Degree in Reading, Writing, Children's Literature, and Digital Literacies. I came to Brandywine as its Media Specialist when it opened in 2016. I feel very blessed to be in a job that I love where I get to help instill a love of reading in our Brandywine students.
