To sign up, Click the Link Above and then Click Youth Track Camps. Athletes of all skill levels that have the interest in running cross-country will participate in fun drills, conditioning, and 1-2 mile runs to enhance their running skills. From learning cross-country teamwork skills to learning running techniques the athletes will grow and form into runners with a higher cross-country IQ. Players will work on breathing techniques, running techniques, finishing techniques, and so much more. Day 5 will consist of a fun color run where runners will be doused with colored powder and medals will go out to the top 3 runners. Don’t miss this FUN!

Athletes must have a current physical on file (These expire annually and must be up to date to practice AND compete in meets) All physicals must be turned in to the School Nurse or one of the Cross Country coaches by DATE COMING SOON to participate in the meet in August or attend any practices. If you turn it in after DATE COMING SOON, you will be able to participate in the future meets. Click here for Riverwatch Physical Forms
Official in person practices will be on TBA afternoons excluding holidays and when school is not in session. Practices start on COMING SOON. Athletes must be picked up at the front of the school at TBA promptly. Runners are expected to run on their own at least once a week.
