Battle of the Books 2021-22 School Year

What is Battle of the Books?

Battle of the books is a nationwide competition where children read books and then test themselves on their knowledge about those books. These books are from a wide variety of authors and genres and are a great way to introduce your child to new types of books! In the virtual classrooms, you will find the books linked to videos or audio of at least the first chapter being read. Many of the books are available on tape at your local library online. Your child already has their library card simply by being a student! Their number is their student number and their pin in the last four digits of the phone number you have on file. To sign up, please email Mrs. Molter and I will add your name to our list. This is a free program this year. If you are a virtual student, you can email me the books your child would like to borrow and I can leave them at the front office for you to pick up.
