  • National Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. And for more than 80 years, it has prepared today's students to be tomorrow's leaders.

      

    MISSION STATEMENT

    To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students.

    ACHIEVEMENT - Recognizing and honoring high academic achievement
    CHARACTER - Preparing young people for life and empowering them to be successful
    LEADERSHIP - Developing the leaders of tomorrow
    SERVICE - Demonstrating our motto: Let Us Lead by Serving Others

     

    CONSTITUTION

    Believing that exemplary student effort and achievement should be encouraged and rewarded, and seeking to cultivate the ideals of service and leadership in our citizens of tomorrow, the governing body of the National Honorary Beta Club has instituted this organization for the promotion of these ideals and those stated in the Beta Creed, among elementary and secondary school students. To implement this purpose, the following articles have been adopted.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    1. Class Standing - Current Sophomore, Junior and Senior Students 
    2. Academic Performance - Maintain a 3.5+ GPA
    3. Outstanding Behavior - No Discipline Referrals for Active Members
    4. Community Service - 5 Documented Service Hours per Semester

    YEARLY DUES

    Includes national membership fees, membership certificate for new members, membership pin for new members, a t-shirt for all members, and cords for members who are seniors.

    Returning Members - $20.00

    New Members - $35.00

    All dues must be paid using MyPaymentsPlus

     

    SERVICE HOURS - DOCUMENTATION

    Community Service Hours must be documented using the Beta Club Community Service. Failure to comply will result in a suspension of Beta Chapter membership.
