This is my 19th year as an SLP in the school systems, nine of which are here at Matt Elementary School. I am a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders. My specialties include Augmentative Alternative Communication and Pragmatics. I am devoted to my students here at Matt Elementary School, but even more so to my loving family. My family tree includes my husband Drew, my son Jackson, my daughter Addie, and our dog Sugar. I have serious school spirit, so much so that you may see me throughout the year in a T-Rex costume, on top of the Matt sign dressed as an elf, or a Color Run Fairy. I bring the fun to school!!!

This is my 29th year as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia public schools after graduating with my master's degree from Valdosta State. It is my 13th year as part of the Matt Elementary family. In my spare time I enjoy reading, music, and spending time with my family and pets. My husband and I have three children, ages 24, 20, and 16, as well as two dogs and two hamsters. I’m so thankful to be a part of this fantastic school system and community and I look forward to working with your children to help them become better communicators.

My name is Lauren Williams and this will be my 5th year at Matt and my 11th school year as a speech-language pathologist. I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University. I have lived in Forsyth County since 2016 with my husband, Charles, and our three wonderful children, Riley, Everett and Reagan, and our dog Forrest! My oldest daughter was a Matt Mariner who is now next door at Liberty, and my son Everett is here with me as a Mariner! Matt has truly become my home and I love getting to serve the wonderful students here at this school.
