What is FBLA?

FBLA is the largest career student organization in the US that helps its members develop the leadership skills and business knowledge they need to excel in any career. It provides, as an integral part of the instruction program, opportunities for students to develop vocational and career competences and promotes civic and personal responsibilities. Its mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs. Areas of focus include leadership development, academic competitions, educational programs, membership benefits, community service, and awards/recognition.
