• Summative Assessment Options for Self-Quarantined Students

     

    1. MAKE-UP TESTING (MEDIA CENTER)

     

    • Students coming in to test must enter and exit the building through the main entrance of the school and check-in/check-out at the attendance window.
    • During Lunch/Advisement periods in the Media Center.
    • In order to maintain social distancing and minimize exposure to any students in the hallways during transition time between classes, the testing time for Self-Quarantined students is 12:00-1:30pm.
    • Students will be socially distanced while testing.
    • Students will be dismissed after 6th or 7th period begins. 

    The schedule for Make-up Testing in the Media Center is below:

    Monday – Health/Personal Fitness/FA/CTAE

    Tuesday – English/WL

    Wednesday – Science

    Thursday – Social Studies

    Friday – Math

     

    2. SATURDAY LASSO (MEDIA CENTER)

    • Students will enter through the auditorium/bus lot entrance and proceed to the Media Center.
    • LASSO hours are 9am-12pm.  Students must arrive before 11:00am in order to take an assessment.
    • Assessments must be scheduled by the student’s teacher and the student must confirm with the teacher that the assessment will be available during LASSO.
    • LASSO dates are published on the LHS website.

     

    3. TUESDAY-FRIDAY TESTING (Room 1807)

    • Students coming in to test must enter and exit the building through the main entrance of the school and check-in/check-out at the attendance window.
    • Administrators will oversee testing.
    • Testing will be offered Tuesday-Friday mornings.
    • 1st/2nd Period Blocks (8:45 - 10:00) - Math, Science, Health, Personal Fitness, Fine Arts, and CTAE Testing
    • 3rd/4th Period Blocks (10:30-11:45) - English, World Language, and Social Studies Testing
    • Assessments must be scheduled by the student’s teacher and the student must confirm with the teacher that the assessment will be available during the testing block period.

    *Teachers may also allow self-quarantined students to take assessments during an available planning period, but that is solely up to teachers.  These students must check-in/check-out at the attendance window.
