I am so excited to begin another year at Shiloh Point! I started teaching in 2013 and I love the new adventures that each year brings. I was born and raised in Johns Creek, Georgia. I received my undergraduate degree from Samford University and later went back to Samford for my Master's Degree. I received my Educational Leadership Add-On from Georgia State University and my Education Specialist degree from Piedmont College in Curriculum and Instruction. As I am a lifelong learner myself, I hope to instill a love of learning in all of my students.

    Ms. Michelle Gardner

My name is Michelle Gardner and I am so excited about joining the ESOL team at Shiloh Point. This will begin my 19th year teaching, all in Forsyth County. I have taught kindergarten, first and fourth grades. For the past five years I have taught Early Intervention supporting students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. I am passionate about the power of learning and love supporting students in reaching their learning goals. I have a masters in education from North Georgia College and my Specialist and Leadership degrees from Piedmont College. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending my time with my family. I have an incredible husband Dewey, and 2 wonderful children; Ben 14, and Kamryn 16 who attend North Forsyth High. When we aren't practicing at the field or on the basketball court, we enjoy road trips to the beach or heading to Athens to cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs!

I am excited to begin another school year at Shiloh Point! I grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia and received an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. I earned a Masters degree in Reading, Language, and Literacy Education from Georgia State University and a specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. I come from a family of educators. All of my grandparents were teachers, my mother is a retired educator, and my sister and husband are teachers as well. Education is in my blood and I love to learn.
