What is Yoga Club?
Yoga Club is an opportunity for students to learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help manage stress, improve emotional regulation, enhance concentration, increase self-awareness, and develop strength & flexibility.
Yoga Club is offered to all grade levels and there is no fee to join.
Students must get a signed permission slip and waiver from the counseling office and turn it in to Mrs. Woddail before participating.
Yoga Club will start after Labor Day and will meet twice a month during FlexTime.
Yoga Club is open to all students during FlexTime but must have a signed permission slip.
