    What is Yoga Club?

    Yoga Club is an opportunity for students to learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help manage stress, improve emotional regulation, enhance concentration, increase self-awareness, and develop strength & flexibility.

    Yoga Club is offered to all grade levels and there is no fee to join.

    Students must get a signed permission slip and waiver from the counseling office and turn it in to Mrs. Woddail before participating.

     

    Yoga Club will be starting up after Labor Day, please look for this sign up on Flex. Don't forget to turn in your permission slip!
