    What is Yoga Club?


    Yoga Club is an opportunity for students to learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help manage stress, improve emotional regulation, enhance concentration, increase self-awareness, and develop strength & flexibility. Students must have parent permission to participate.


    The dues for Yoga Club($20) include a personal yoga mat and eye pillow for students to use throughout the school year.


    Yoga Club is offered to all grade levels. The club will meet on Wednesday mornings 8:15-8:45 in the mindfulness room and once a month during FLEXtime. 


    **This club will start meetings in September, after Labor Day.
