    • October 11:
      • We have been contacted by parents/guardians asking when visitors will be allowed in schools, especially at the elementary level to have lunch with their children. The CDC and DPH both agree that a test positivity rate of less than 5% indicates that we no longer have community spread. On Friday, that rate was still over 6%. If we can get it below 5% and remain there for seven (7) consecutive days, a return to normal operations will then be considered by the administration. Once a decision is made, we will share it with our community. Thank you for your continued support to keep our schools safe for students and staff.

    • August 20: Supt. Letter
      • Note: Effective Monday, August 23rd, all students and staff are encouraged to wear a mask, when feasible, while indoors. This includes in the classroom and on our buses. Masks are available at each school office if your child needs one. Students will not be disciplined, badgered, or bullied for their choice to wear or not wear a mask.

Current Active Cases (Posted daily by 9 am)

Note: Starting August 16, charts reflect the total active cases (students/staff who have not hit the return date yet for the given day) by school based on the expected return dates of those affected. An active case indicates a positive case of COVID-19 that is currently within their 10 day period of isolation. This is a rolling count, not a cumulative count. The daily count will fluctuate as positive cases are reported as well as positive cases return to school/work following their 10 day period of isolation.

9/16: We hope our students, staff, and families have a safe and restful Fall Break. We will restart COVID reporting and contact tracing on Monday, September 27, 2021.

Please note: The number of  “New Cases” reported for a few schools is higher than their “Active Cases”.  Because of Fall Break, some cases were entered in our system after their “date of return” had already been met.
