Every year, the Forsyth County Health Department partner with Forsyth County Schools to conduct a No-Cost Flu Shot Clinic. All Forsyth County Children ages 4-18 are welcome to join us on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at Browns Bridge Church. Please arrive with a completed copy of the 2021-2022 School Based Influenza Vaccine Form. Nurse Victoria looks forward to seeing you there!
