Drivers' License Information
-
ADAP Forms
For students requiring ADAP forms, South Forsyth High School does not keep any physical records of ADAP completion through Health or Driver's Ed classes. If students took ADAP as part of their Health or Driver's Ed course at SFHS, they were instructed by the teacher to email the completion form to themselves, and/or save it in their FCS Google Drive or OneDrive.
Another option is to take the class online at https://online.dds.ga.gov/eADAP/studentsIndex.aspx.
For more information, you should contact the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
Certificates of Enrollment
If you require a Certificate of Enrollment to verify that your student is enrolled in South Forsyth High School, you will need to report to the school's main office during office hours to obtain one. Any staff member can assist you obtaining a Certificate.
Work Permit Information
-
For students needing school verification for employment, they should be provided with paperwork from their employer, including the MSK number generated by the Georgia Department of Labor.
Contact the Summer Staff by email or phone to schedule an appointment to come to the school to obtain that school verification document.

Registering for School
-
Welcome to South Forsyth High School! If you are new to Forsyth County Schools, your first stop should be New Student Registration.
Once your registration is completed by the district office, you will be contacted by Mrs. Amy Short (Lead Counselor) or Mrs. Rebecca Hewitt (Assistant Principal) to discuss your child’s courses for next year and answer any questions you have regarding transitioning to a new school.
Prior to our conversation, we wanted to provide information related to our course offerings for family discussion and review.

Student Access to Computer Accounts
-
New Students
Computer accounts for new students are created when they complete registration through the district office. At that time, they should be provided with their username and password. The most convenient portal to access all FCS resources is Classlink at https://classlink.forsythk12.org.
New students may not have access to all resources they will need, as many of those resources are rostered and unlocked closer to the beginning of the school year.
Access to itsLearning
Access to your itsLearning academic courses from the previous school year will be disabled during the month of July. Any non-academic courses (such as the SFH Student Body Group or other club or organization groups) will still be accessible. Academic courses for the upcoming school year will not be available until just before school starts, as rosters and content for those courses are still being finalized.
Graduates
Computer account access for recent graduates is disabled once the Student Information department marks a student's record as having matriculated. If a graduate needs short-term access to their account - for example, to access or download assignments from their Google Drive or OneDrive - they should fill out this form. Access to their account will be granted on two occasions - once just after the end of the previous school year, and again towards the end of the summer (some time in mid-July). After that, graduates should expect that their computer accounts and all data stored in them will be deleted by the end of August.
