PBIS is a school-wide system that provides clear expectations for behaviors and consistent consequences for inappropriate behaviors across all classrooms and all school settings. South Forsyth Middle School has adopted the "RISE" to outline our behavioral expectations. RISE states that as SFMS Eagles, we show responsibility, integrity, safety, and empathy.

Students can be recognized for doing the right thing by any adult in the building or bus driver by eCoins. Throughout the year, students will have opportunities to redeem their eCoins for different prize raffles established by the students and teachers. There are also opportunities for students to be recognized through positive behavior referrals and RISE student of the month.
