Hailey Bradford
Hi! My name is Hailey Bradford and I will be joining New Hope as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
I received both my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and my bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). I previously worked for Chattahoochee Elementary School in Gwinnett County.
I was born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA. My husband, Jeff, is a special education teacher. We have one child, Brylee, and 2 dogs, Kallie and Walker. I love to play tennis, read, and go on adventures with the dogs!
I became a speech therapist because I am passionate about giving others a voice and I believe that everyone deserves a way to communicate effectively. I am excited to work with everyone at New Hope ES!

Melissa Clements
Hi, I'm Melissa Clements, and I'll be one of the Speech-Language Pathologists at New Hope.
I graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I received my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I have more than 10 years of experience working with children and their communication needs. I have most recently been an SLP at Johns Creek Elementary.
I am originally from Omaha, NE where I grew up as the youngest of 5 children. I’ve also lived in Phoenix, AZ where I worked at a school for children with autism and gained valuable experience and my love for working with children with communication needs. I have 4 children Olivia (6), Eleanor (5), Fabius (3), and Theodore (1 month old). We also have 2 dogs, Weezy and Lucy and 2 bunnies, Lollipop and Poppy. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, yoga, and reading.
I am most looking forward to meeting my sweet students and building relationships with each of them and their amazing families.
