*The online order site closes on the 15th. If we sell out prior to April 15th, however, we are sold out, and cannot complete further orders.

How do I purchase a yearbook?

The easiest way to purchase a book is by visiting www.yearbookordercenter.com. Use school code 17403 to find Alliance Academy.

We are NOT on My Payments Plus.

You can also pay via cash or check made payable to Alliance Academy.

The price is $65, but will increase in January, so be sure to purchase yours soon.

Cash or check payments should be brought to Ms. Potter in room 2404.
How do I purchase an ad for my senior?

SENIOR PARENTS!

Or grandparents, step-parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, or anyone who wants to express friendship, love, or congratulations to the special student in their life with a personal ad in the yearbook! Select the desired size and personalize the ad with your own message and photo(s). Instructions for submitting ad materials and payment are provided below. Ad space fills up quickly. Be sure to purchase yours before space runs out.

The HJ Online Ad Creation system will allow you to create, pay for, and submit your ad all online.

To use the Online Ad Creation system, please refer to the step by step directions below.

Herff Jones Online Ad Creation system step-by-step directions:

Step 1 – Visit yearbookordercenter.com and enter 17403 for our school’s order number

Step 2 – Choose “Start Your Ad”

Step 3 – Choose your Ad size

Step 4 – Enter your student’s name

It may show this message:

That’s okay! Student names should be uploaded soon, but until then, you can add a name manually.

Step 5 – Log in or create an account.

Step 6 – Select the template you would like to use for your Ad

Step 7 – Follow the directions in the Product Designer to design your Ad

Step 8 – Check the proof of your Ad, add it to your cart, and checkout!

When is the last day to purchase...?
Senior Portraits

Seniors are not photographed on picture day. Seniors and their families must schedule an appointment with Cady Studios before November 15th. For more information on scheduling, please see "How do I schedule senior portraits?"

We have a contract with Cady Studios, and cannot accept portraits from other photographers.

If you would like to have your senior's portrait taken at Alliance, rather than at the studio, look for the October 20th date or the Alliance Academy location.

This is the only on-site session we have. It does not include all "scene" options. All other sessions are at various Cady Studios locations.

How do I schedule senior portraits?

Step 1: Go to https://home.cady.com and click “Seniors” on the top menu bar.

Scroll down on that page and you will see the icons below. Keep scrolling until you see the pink “Get Started” Search “Start Now.” In the School lookup bar, search “Alliance Academy for Innovation” and click on our school. button. Click that.

This is just a preview of how the booking process works. Keep scrolling to find the actual booking options.

Step 2: Click “Book Now”

Step 3: This is where the pricing happens. They will have the first option (Yearbook) “favorited” for you already- this is the only one you need for the yearbook. You have to select at least one other option to continue, so pick any other option that appeals to you. It will not let you continue until you have two “scenes” selected.

Step 4: Once you continue from this screen, you will see all the expensive options. Please don’t panic! Scroll down.

There are sessions for as low as $30. Granted, that does only cover the photo shoot. Any physical photos you’d like to purchase later are up to you. I do not have information for that- it is completely separate from the yearbook.

Step 5: Click the “simple session”

It will prompt you to upgrade several times. You do not have to do this. Click “No Thanks”

Step 6: Continue through the rest of the steps- you can add any of the add ons you would like, but you do not have to. Once you get to #5, you will see that they have pre-selected “Artist Touch” for an additional $19. Unselect this if you do not want this option.

Step 7: Proceed to date and time. There are many studios across the metro Atlanta area, and a range of times. Please choose whichever works best for you.

Please note that the last day to be photographed for the yearbook is November 15th.

Step 8: You will see once you continue that they have added another “add on” for $10. Unselect this. If you have unselected all of these options, you have the base price of $29.

Once you have done that, you are good to go! You must create an account to check out, but then you are all set. Please be sure to contact Cady Studios with any questions. Our representative is Dawn Boye (dawn.boye@cady.com) and she will be happy to assist!

So many things, including, but not limited to, book size, number of pages, and materials/color. We aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, but please note that you are paying for a high quality product that takes considerable work to create. Our hard-working students collaborate with Herff Jones and their printing plant over the course of the year to bring you the best yearbook possible. Payment plans are available upon request!
