The easiest way to purchase a book is by visiting www.yearbookordercenter.com. Use school code 17403 to find Alliance Academy. 

We are NOT on My Payments Plus.

You can also pay via cash or check made payable to Alliance Academy. 

The price is $65, but will increase in January, so be sure to purchase yours soon.

Or grandparents, step-parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, or anyone who wants to express friendship, love, or congratulations to the special student in their life with a personal ad in the yearbook! Select the desired size and personalize the ad with your own message and photo(s). Instructions for submitting ad materials and payment are provided below. Ad space fills up quickly. Be sure to purchase yours before space runs out. 

The Online Ad Creation system will allow you to create, pay for, and submit your ad all online. 

To use the Online Ad Creation system, please refer to the step-by-step directions below.

Step 1 – Visit yearbookordercenter.com and enter 17403 for our school’s order number 

Step 2 – Under "share your love," click on "start your ad."

Step 3 – Choose your Ad size

Step 4 – Enter your student’s name

That’s okay! Student names should be uploaded soon, but until then, you can add a name manually. 

Step 5 – Log in or create an account.

Step 6 – Use the online studio to select a template, select colors and fonts, upload and crop images, and type and format your message.

Step 7 – You can return to the site to work on the ad later, but you must finish and pay for it before the deadline. Starting an Ad does not reserve space in the book. You must create it and pay for it before it's due for it to be in the book.  You have the option to pay over time by choosing the PayPal option and then "Pay in 4" or "Pay Monthly."

Step 8 –  When you finish the ad, you will advance to the stage where you can review a proof. 

Step 9 -- Approve the proof and pay for your ad. You will receive an email to confirm your purchase. Once you pay, your ad is submitted to us, and it will be put in the yearbook.

Seniors are not photographed on picture day. Seniors and their families must schedule an appointment with Cady Studios before November 15th. For more information on scheduling, please see "How do I schedule senior portraits?" 

We have a contract with Cady Studios, and cannot accept portraits from other photographers. 

If you would like to have your senior's portrait taken at Alliance, rather than at the studio, look for the October 25th date or the Alliance Academy location. 

This is the only on-site session we have. It does not include all "scene" options. All other sessions are at various Cady Studios locations.

Cady Studios Senior Photos Booking Info- Alliance “Road Shoot” 

1. Go to Cadystudios.com

2. Click “Seniors” in the top bar.

3. Select “Schedule my photos” and then “Book your senior session”

4. Click “Schedule Now” on the bar at the bottom of the page. When prompted, search “Alliance Academy for Innovation” and then “Ok, let’s go.”

5. Search “Start Now.” In the School lookup bar, search “Alliance Academy for Innovation” and click on our school. 

6. Click “School Scenes” if you wish to take advantage of the session at Alliance- this is the one that saves you money! 

   1. (School scenes are at the bottom of the page. Studio scenes are NOT offered at the Alliance session.)

   2. You must select at least two scenes. If you are opting for the school scenes, select both options.

7. Click “Continue to sessions”

8. Don’t panic when the elite session is at the top of the page! You do NOT have to pay for a $200 session unless you want to! Scroll down!

9. At the bottom, you will see “other sessions.” You MUST choose from “Simple” or “Standard” if you wish to be photographed at Alliance. All other options are available at the studio only.

10. Select the session you want and click “continue to finalize.” At this point, you can add any extras you would like. *Be sure to UNSELECT any extras you do not wish to purchase. Some extras are pre-selected. Be sure to unselect them by scrolling through the choices!* Click continue until you get to the date selection.

11. If you are taking advantage of the school session, choose the Alliance Academy location. You will have to toggle from “studio” to “school.” This may not be the pre-selected option. 

Note that the last chance to be photographed and be included in the yearbook is November 15th. The Alliance session is on October 25th. Please do not choose another date. The Alliance session is ONLY on 10/25. All other dates must be scheduled at one of Cady’s local studios. Select the time you would like.

12. Click “continue to checkout”

13. You have the option of purchasing prints of your photos ahead of time. You can also click “buy later” to bypass this step for now. 

14. Once you have done that, you are good to go! You must create an account to check out, but then you are all set. Please be sure to contact Cady Studios with any questions. Our representative is Lauren Davidson (lauren.davidson@cady.com) and she will be happy to assist!

Yes! Yearbook is officially comprised of four classes: Journalism I-IV. These courses are English electives. Currently, this class meets daily with Ms. Potter during 3rd block. 

The Luminary staff for 2024-2025 is full!

Interested students may apply to join the 2025-2026 staff. 

Applications will be available in the 2nd semester.

We will know more specifically as the date gets closer, but yearbooks usually arrive in early May, and are distributed within a week of their arrival. 

So many things, including, but not limited to, book size, number of pages, and materials/color. We aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, but please note that you are paying for a high quality product that takes considerable work to create. Our hard-working students collaborate with Varsity and their printing plant over the course of the year to bring you the best yearbook possible. Payment plans are available upon request!
