If you DO NOT wish to participate in the graduation ceremony and any other end of the year senior activities:

Please follow the steps below to order your diploma/diploma cover if you are 100% certain you DO NOT wish to attend the graduation ceremony. Please understand this decision is FINAL and you CANNOT change your mind later.

1. Email the LHS Senior Sponsor, Mrs. Keisha Moore (kmoore03@forsyth.k12.ga.us), to let her know that you will NOT participate in the graduation ceremony and any other end of the year senior activities.  
2. Go to https://www.3rdascent.com/admin/lambert_diploma_cover/ to submit the order and payment for your diploma and diploma cover.

The student can pick-up their diploma and diploma cover from the Counseling Office the day AFTER the graduation ceremony (which would be Tuesday, May 23^rd) between the hours of 12:00pm-2:00pm.
