• Justin Keck is originally from Colorado but grew up in Gwinnett County. He attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree and spent the first part of his career teaching high school social studies. After completing his Masters in School Counseling at Georgia Southern University, Mr. Keck started out as an elementary counselor in Rockdale County. This is his second year at West and his ninth year overall as a professional school counselor. In his free time, he enjoys restaurants, concerts, and travel. 

  • Donovan Hollis grew up in Valley, AL and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Secondary Social Studies Education, his Master’s from Auburn University in School Counseling, and his Tier I Certificate in School Leadership and Administration from The University of North Georgia. This is his 8th year as a school counselor. In his free time Mr. Hollis enjoys spending time with his family and going to Auburn games. War Eagle!

  • Sharon is a native of Alliance, Ohio and graduated with her B.S. in Communications, Theatre, and English Education from Bowling Green State University.  After several years of working with students and their families both in and out of the classroom in Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Indiana, she earned her MS in School Counseling from Capella University and began working as a Counselor in South Florida.  This is her fifth year at West and her seventh as a Counselor.  Outside of school, she serves as a Designer, Choreographer, Clinician and Adjudicator for several Marching Arts organizations across the United States.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, The Dave Matthews Band, and cheering for her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns.

  • Caroline Hood grew up in Cumming, Georgia and graduated from North Forsyth High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama in Human Development and Family Studies and earned her Master’s degree from Albany State University in School Counseling. This is her first year as a school counselor. In her free time, Ms. Hood enjoys hanging out with her friends and family and going on the lake. Ms. Hood is very excited for this school year and to meet all her students. Go Wolverines!

  • Allison Rinehart is originally from Gwinnett County and attended Emory University for her undergraduate degree and UGA for her master’s degree in Professional School Counseling. This is her 13th year as a school counselor. Allison also works with the Forsyth County International Exchange Program. Allison enjoys spending time with her four kids and traveling.

  • Brenda Anderson is new to Forsyth County from Bonaire, GA in Houston County. While in Houston County, she worked for the school system there for sixteen years. Eight years as a Special Education Paraprofessional and eight as a Secretary. She enjoys spending time with her family, and nine grandchildren.

  • Shirley is from Brooklyn, New York and has been with Forsyth County for 14 years. She studied Speech Language Pathology at Queens College in New York. Mrs. Santiago is coming back to us from being a Sales Tax Analyst. This will be her fifth year as a registrar. Mrs. Santiago lives with her husband, Rafael who is a counselor at East Forsyth High and her daughter Isabella who will be attending University of Georgia.  Her son Jared is a Georgia State University graduate and lives in New York. She enjoys traveling and everything family and friends.
