• Mrs. Aimee Seaney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Valdosta State University. In addition, she has a Masters in Creative Arts and a Specialist degree in Curriculum Instruction. Mrs. Seaney began her teaching career in Dawsonville at Robinson Elementary.  She taught art at Vickery Creek Elementary, Shiloh Point Elementary and Vickery Creek Middle School before starting the visual arts programs at East Forsyth High School.  

    Mrs. Seaney has been teaching for 23 years. Her students have exhibited work in various competitions and gallery spaces, including the Cumming Art Center, Art Day, CFUMC Festival of the Arts, Scholastic Art & Writing and published in Celebrating Art.  Mrs. Seaney enjoys creating mixed media art pieces, dark room photography and working with watercolor and calligraphy.  

    She is a member of the National Art Educators Association as well as the Georgia Art Education Association.  Mrs. Seaney lives in Cumming, GA. with her husband Shawn.  In her free time, she enjoys being a Mom to Jordyn (Cody) Waits, Emma Claire, Elijah and Lolly to her granddaughter, Emberly Waits.
