Many colleges require school counselors to submit a Mid-Year Report in Common App. The Mid-Year Report includes your updated high school transcript and your Semester 1 Report Card. 

Please know that school counselors cannot send Mid-Year Reports until all Semester 1 grades have been posted to transcripts AND all Semester 2 courses have been scheduled. Historically, Mid-Year Reports are not ready until end of January/early February. We will send them as soon as we are able!

In order for your school counselor to complete this required task, you must request a mid-year transcript to be sent to Common App via Parchment (choose HOLD FOR GRADES)!

(This is the same process as when you initially requested your transcript to be sent to Common App in the Fall when you first applied to colleges!)
