Presented by the Forsyth County Education Foundation, a fund of the North Georgia 
Community Foundation (the “Presenter”), to benefit staff scholarships for Forsyth County 
Schools (FCS).

1. PROMOTION: The Presenter is offering eligible entrants though this promotional  contest the chance for prizes listed below:
   • Medals will be given for the following at the end of the race: overall male and female, masters male and female (meaning top person over 40+), top 3 male and female in the following age groups: 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
   • All participants will receive a t-shirt and swag bag
   • To be eligible for this Contest, entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if they are a minor) must agree to these Official Rules. Entrants who are minors must have their parent’s/legal guardian’s permission to enter. By entering, entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if they are a minor) agree to comply with and be subject to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants and how fast they run the race.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 5 years of age at the time of the start of the iChallenge. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: FCS superintendent, members of FCS Community Engagement and Lifelong Education department, members of the Forsyth County Education Foundation board and immediate family members (spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same household of each such person.
3. CONTEST PERIOD: Registration for the Glow Run will begin on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and end on Sunday, November 16, 2025. The Glow Run will take place on Sunday November 16, 2025 starting at Forsyth Central High School.
4. REGISTRATION: All registrations must be completely filled out and delivered to the Presenter, or an authorized representative of the Presenter prior to the beginning of the race to be eligible to win. Entrants assume the risk of non-delivery of any entries to Presenter or an authorized representative of Presenter. All registrations entered will be provided by and shall remain the property of the Presenter. The cost of registration is $30 until November 7, 2025 at 11:59PM and will increase incrementally days leading up to the race. Entrants may also sign up as a virtual runner and not attend the race.
5. EVENT: All runners must be a part of the race on Sunday, November 16, 2025, to be eligible to place and win a medal in the race. Virtual runners are not eligible for medals and must perform activity on their own based on the honor system. The Glow Run and its logo are registered trademarks of the Presenter and no other person or entity is authorized to copy or otherwise use them without the Presenter's express written consent.
6. NOTIFICATION: The winners will be announced after the race on November 16, 2025. Entrants will, where necessary, also be notified by email or telephone. Entrants need not be present to win. If the winners do not claim his or her prize from Presenter by December 31, 2025, the prizes go back to The Presenter. 
7. WINNERS: The winners have sole responsibility for paying any and all taxes and similar fees on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law. By entering, entrants release the Presenter and its members, directors, agents, employees, and other related entities from any and all liability with respect to the prize. By entering, winners consent to promotional use of their names and likeness without additional compensation. This event is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
