GACE Reimbursement/Federal Programs Forms Requirement & Instructions for Current Employees:

Prior to taking any GACE assessment to be reimbursed with Title II funds, approved GACE assessments must be taken during the grant year period in which the teacher's assignment is being taught.  Print and complete the form linked below and submit it to Leticia Gomez in Student Services.
