Family & Community Feedback Wanted
We Need Your Input: Help Shape Our Use of Federal Funds
As we continue to strive for excellence in providing the best possible educational experience for our students, we are seeking your valuable input on how our school district should allocate federal funds.
Your feedback is crucial in helping us determine the priorities and needs of our community. Federal funds play a significant role in supporting various programs and initiatives that enhance student learning, well-being and overall school improvement. We want to ensure that these funds are used effectively to address the needs of all of our students and families. Included below is a video recording of one of our FY26 District Improvement /Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP) Meetings in which we share how federal funds are used within the district as well as proposed goals and action steps for the 2025-2026 school year.
We invite you to watch the recording and then participate in a brief survey which is linked below to share your thoughts and suggestions on the following areas:
- Proposed Goals and Actions Steps for Federal Funding
- Title I District Family Engagement Policy
- Title I District 1% Set Aside for Family Engagement Funds
Whether you're a parent, guardian, community member, or staff member, your perspective is valuable, and we want to hear from you! Please take a few moments to complete the survey by Wednesday June 4th.

As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking your valuable feedback to help inform important decisions and initiatives within our school district. Your input is instrumental in shaping the future of our district, and we invite you to participate in one of our community meetings to provide input, as well as assist in the development of our FY26 District Improvement/Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP) for the 2025-2026 school year.
The CLIP is our district’s plan that describes how we will use federal funds to support our students, staff and families. During one of these meetings, you will have an opportunity to provide your input on our district improvement plan that will be submitted to the Georgia Department of Education for approval. You will also have the opportunity to provide input and assist with jointly developing our Title I District Parent and Family Engagement Policy/Plan. Your input is essential in helping us make informed decisions that benefit our entire school community. Whether you're a parent, guardian, community member, or staff member, your perspective is valuable, and we want to hear from you! We would love for you to make plans to attend one of these upcoming input meetings. The same information will be presented at each of these meetings so we hope that you can find a time that works best for you.
