Mrs. Abbigayle Dean (Music)
I have been teaching music in Forsyth County for 10 years and this will be my 8th year at SBE! I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Georgia where I also played in the Redcoat Band. My professional affiliations include Georgia Music Educators Association and National Association for Music Education.
I have always had a passion for music in my life, and I absolutely love teaching music to the students here at Settles Bridge! I sing and play a variety of different instruments, and playing the trumpet is my favorite! I have performed in many ensembles as well as had the opportunity to travel across the country! I currently play with my husband in the Broadstreet Band and we also perform weekly in our church orchestra at Ivy Creek! My husband, Casey, and I live in Buford along with our two dogs Biscuit and Banjo. I am so excited for another great year at Settles Bridge!

Mrs. Megan Reimbold (Media)
Each day is exciting working in the Media Center at Settles Bridge. Reading is a passion of mine. I believe it is a foundation and gateway to success in life. Both of my children attended Settles Bridge. After spending many years at SBE as a volunteer and substitute teacher, I was fortunate to be placed in our media center. The 2022-2023 school year will be my sixth year at SBE.
I enjoy getting to know our SBE Stars when they visit the library to choose books. I strive to make our media center a welcoming place, which meets the academic and personal choice reading needs for all of our students.

Mrs. Sarah Rising (Art)
I have been teaching art at Settles Bridge for 14 years. Even though I started out working in marketing, sales, and graphic design, teaching art has been most rewarding. As a child, I knew that art was one of my passions and today I am putting that passion first. I graduated from Ohio University with a BFA in Education and Graphic Design. The teaching certificates I hold include Art K-12, Elementary K-5, Middle Grades Math & Language Arts and I have a Gifted Endorsement.
I believe the arts are important because it helps students build self-esteem by challenging them to find their inner artist. I like to offer students opportunities to explore various materials and introduce them to the artwork of artists and cultures from all around the world. Working in the arts develops confidence, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills that build well-rounded, 21st century learners and leaders.
We moved here from Ohio 18 years ago and am proud to say our four boys are all Forsyth County graduates. I enjoy spending lots of time with my family and friends and make time to create my own art any chance I get.
