Mrs. Tammy Bevis

I reside in Cumming with my husband and we love living in Georgia!  My daughter is a graduate from UGA and is enjoying a new career in Atlanta.  I love reading, writing, scrapbooking, running and shopping! My passion is teaching first graders and I especially love teaching at Sharon Elementary.  I'm so excited for the new challenges in first grade.  I know it will be a wonderful year to come.

I am a graduate of University of North Florida where I earned my B.S. in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Lesley University and my Educational Specialist degree (Ed. S.) in Teaching and Learning from Piedmont College. I also completed an Educational Leadership Add-on from Kennesaw State University.  This year I will complete thirty-three years of teaching and have taught in the Forsyth County school system for the past twenty years. I have had experience teaching nine years in Florida and three and half years in Ohio.

Ms. Angela Sizemore

My name is Angela Sizemore and I love teaching at Sharon Elementary.  This will be my 19th year of teaching and my seventh year at Sharon.  I received my Education degree from David Lipscomb University and my Masters degree from Troy University.  I taught for five years in Clayton County, was a stay at home mom for twelve years, home-schooled one year and then taught for seven years in Henry county.  I received my gifted endorsement in Henry county as well.  I have taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, gifted classes as well as multi-age classrooms.

I love being a teacher!  My goal each year is to help children become life-long learners while forming special relationships with one another.  As we learn and grow together, we build confidence  and trust in ourselves and one another.  We work through things, learn from our mistakes, reach our goals and make lasting connections that will help us throughout our lives! I also love getting to know everyone’s families and working together to  help each child be successful and happy.

In my spare time, I love being with my three amazing daughters!  One of my daughters got married this past year, so now I have a son too!   We all love to laugh, eat, play games and hang out together!  My two dogs get in on the fun too!  We are very blessed!

Mrs. Kim Stilwell

I received my teaching degree at Florida Atlantic University and started my teaching career in Florida.  Since moving to Georgia 22 years ago, I have taught in Fulton, Gwinnett, and Forsyth county.  I most recently taught Kindergarten at Sharon for 4 years and then took a hiatus for the past two years.  I am so excited to be back at the greatest school in the world teaching 1st grade.  I really enjoy teaching, and I find it a challenge trying to figure out each and every child, cultivate their strengths, and then ignite their passion to learn new things.  I am married and have three amazing children. One at UGA (Kaylee, 20), one in high school (Calvin, 16), and one in 5th grade (Kellen, 10). Some of the things I enjoy are reading, running, gardening, and spending time with my family.  I look forward to a wonderful year and thank you for trusting me with your most precious gifts.
