Mrs. Tammy Bevis
I reside in Cumming with my husband and we love living in Georgia! My daughter is a graduate from UGA and is enjoying a new career in Atlanta. I love reading, writing, scrapbooking, running and shopping! My passion is teaching first graders and I especially love teaching at Sharon Elementary. I'm so excited for the new challenges in first grade. I know it will be a wonderful year to come.
I am a graduate of University of North Florida where I earned my B.S. in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Lesley University and my Educational Specialist degree (Ed. S.) in Teaching and Learning from Piedmont College. I also completed an Educational Leadership Add-on from Kennesaw State University. This year I will complete thirty-four years of teaching and have taught in the Forsyth County school system for the past twenty-one years. I have had experience teaching nine years in Florida and three and half years in Ohio.

Mrs. Samantha Francisco
Welcome to first grade! I am so happy to be part of the Sharon family! Teaching is something I have wanted to do since I can remember. It brings me so much joy to work with children and to help them find the fun in learning! This will be my sixth year in education. I taught first grade for the past four years, and prior to that I was a reading and math intervention teacher for kindergarten through sixth grade.
My family and I relocated from southern California last year, and we are so happy to be living in Cumming, GA. I am originally from Georgia, and received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. In California, I went to California Lutheran University to earn my elementary teaching credential. I am married and we have a six year old son named Noah and a five year old golden doodle named Georgie. We are also thrilled to be expecting another little boy in October. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, shopping, exercising, and spending time outdoors with my family. I look forward to an amazing year in first grade here at Sharon!

Mrs. Kim Stilwell
I received my teaching degree at Florida Atlantic University and started my teaching career in Florida. Since moving to Georgia 22 years ago, I have taught in Fulton, Gwinnett, and Forsyth county. I most recently taught Kindergarten at Sharon for 4 years and then took a hiatus for the past two years. I am so excited to be back at the greatest school in the world teaching 1st grade. I really enjoy teaching, and I find it a challenge trying to figure out each and every child, cultivate their strengths, and then ignite their passion to learn new things. I am married and have three amazing children. One at UGA (Kaylee, 20), one in high school (Calvin, 16), and one in 5th grade (Kellen, 10). Some of the things I enjoy are reading, running, gardening, and spending time with my family. I look forward to a wonderful year and thank you for trusting me with your most precious gifts.
